----------***UPDATE - 05/09/2010 - ***----------
After being at MyRepoSpace, I have come across some errors, I have had the whole "Size Mismatch" "Hash Sum Mismatch" and some others. I have managed to find a way around most of those errors and how to find a solution for them.
The reason for this wiki; is because I see alot of people ask Admin for help, and I know this guy is a extremely busy person, so I hope this wiki will take some of the workload of the guy. So I hope this is useful:
"Size Mismatch":
Causes
This can be caused by using the Mac application "Deb Maker", when the input of your size in the fields of the application are incorrect to the actual size of the application, the download of the application in Cydia will cause the message to appear.
It can be caused by people uploading a .zip file through MyRepoSpace's "iDeb". This can be accounted for almost every type of package.
Solutions
Recorrect the incorrect inputs in the fields of "Deb Maker" and resubmit the application.
Reupload the .zip file through iDeb, there may be a chance that the conversion was corrupted.
Preform the package to .deb yourself using Cyberduck, Putty or WINSCP method. (Can be found on the wiki page)

"Stuck on 'Connecting' Screen when using iDeb"
Solutions
Change web browser, Internet Explorer does not work well with iDeb and gets stuck on the "Connecting" screen.
If another web browser is having the same problem; go through its settings to enable "Javascript" so that the Web Application can work properly.
Lower your .zip package below 40mb
