Update Bug fixer

Do you see an constant update in your Cydia?

MyRepoSpace was plagued with this problem for quite a while now. It took me a few months to find the little bug, it was so small that I missed it time and time again.

Finally, the bug has been fixed, but if you are experiencing the problem you will need to take some action first.

If your source, or a myRepoSpace source that you use has the problem, please leave the username in a comment and I will fix it.

You might be asking, why doesn't myRepoSpace automatically fix all repositories?
Well, the problem is a little deeper then that, and it'll require an intense process that, if all users at the same time activated, would crash the server in a heartbeat.

Mobile Forums & App Developement

Make sure you check out the mobile Forums on your iDevice.
(Visit: www.myrepospace.com/forums/ & it will redirect you!)

Now you can view and reply to the latest threads on the forums without it taking a toll on your mobile data allowance!
The mobile forums are around 80% lighter than the full desktop website!

I'm also hard at work on the MyRepoSpace iOS Application, which has a build in Forum tab and works on iOS5.
That'll be coming out soon.

Forum thread subscribing

I usually browse the forums and find some pretty interesting topics that I just enjoy reading. That's when I realised that there was no way to track threads that you weren't contributing too.

So, I added this little button. Well, It's not really a button, it's more of a hover..thing.
It's really simple, but it'll help you subscribe to threads that you want to track (and unsubscribe to the threads you don't want to track). It even allows you to turn on instant emailing, which sends a notification to your inbox whenever there is a reply.

Also, the notifications system has been worked on too. It should work a little smoother now and work better with forum notifications.

In Cydia Report Button - Quick Fixes

Have you ever bumped into an MD5sum Mismatch on a Package you desperately want?

Scroll down in every Cydia Package and Click the "Report a Problem" link.

There you can choose between the MD5Sum Error Fix, or you can Report a Malicious/Virus Package with one tap.

All you have to do is refresh your sources and your download will be ready and working!

Sections now live!

The most requested feature is now live

Yes, finally, Fully Customisable sections for EVERY users is now live on myRepoSpace.com

You can now make your Own Cydia Sections and move around your Packages quickly and easily!

Sections also allows you to change the icon for your Section, so different Sections have different Icons as you scroll through your Cydia Package list. This definitely gives your packages more distinction within Cydia and removes the '?' Question mark icon too!

Any Avatar on Cydia + Updates

Avatars can now be Any Image Format:
- Jpeg
- PNG
- GIF

..and myRepoSpace will Automatically convert them to Cydia recognisable Images.

MyRepoSpace will also AutoCreate your Cydia Icon Pack when you upload your Avatar too!
So no more converting your images to .PNG - upload any format image and it will work with your Cydia Icon Pack.

Also, when you make any changes to your Cydia Icon Pack, it will now appear as an Update on Cydia.

Sections on the way

The Facebook Votes are in - Sections are wanted.

So, Sections for All users are coming very soon.

There will be some limitations to the amount of Sections that can be used per account, VIP's will have a greater limit to the amount of Sections creatable.
