Terms of Service agreement

MyRepoSpace.com - MyRepoSpace ("Us - We") - Terms of Service ("TOS"):
All Usage of MyRepoSpace.com, is bound by the following Terms of Service.

* Registering: Registering will require a valid email - Emails not activated can be deleted by staff after 24 hours of registration. By using myrepospace.com we believe that (a) Your information is truthful and accurate (b) That you are over the age of 13 and (c) your Myrepospace account is not intended for malicious purposes. This includes but it not limited to: Spaming, Phishing and breaching local and international laws.

* Usernames and Passwords are intended for the one party use. Protection of the MyRepoSpace account information is soley the users responsability. We will not be held accountable for any leaks, hacks, or mis-use of usernames, passwords or any user information.

* User Contribution: MyRepoSpace will not be held accountable for any user contribution. This includes, but is not limited to; comments, links, files or images.

* Content: No content found on MyRepoSpace.com is owned by MyRepoSpace.com. MyRepoSpace provides a hosting service that stores files uploaded from registered users and can be requested to be deleted at anytime by the users themselves, or the intellectual property holder. Content is not limited to files found on myRepoSpace.com, content also defines, but is not limited to; comments, links, images and text found on myRepoSpace. MYREPOSPACE holds no liability to damages causes as a direct result from use of this content.

* Activity: MyRepoSpace does not accept any illegal activities on the website. Anything flagged as inappropriate will be deleted by staff and termination of account may occurs. MYREPOSPACE holds the right to ban and delete your Account and the associated IP address(es).

* Privacy: use of myrepospace is governed by a privacy policy - located here. The TOS also requires you to acknowledge and accept the privacy policy.

* iPhone, iPod, iPad, Apple: Are copyrighted names registered by Apple, Inc. MyRepospace has no affiliation with Apple (tm) or Apple AppStore.

* AppStore IPA: No iPhone Application files (.ipa) are stored on MyRepoSpace. Under No circumstances will they be stored or hosted on MyRepoSpace.com at any time. All Links provided on MYREPOSPACE are from 3rd Party Websites that have no affiliation with MYREPOSPACE. MYREPOSPACE does not encourage pirated applications. All links provided are user submitted and exist for educational and resource purposed only. MYREPOSPACE has no responsibility in validating links submitted to the website and users should only use them at their own risk.

*Forums: Forums are governed by MYREPOSPACE Staff and crowd-sourced individuals. MYREPOSPACE holds the right to delete, edit or modify ANY threads or replies on the forums where seen fit. Spam/Excessive Advertisements on the forum will result in immediate Ban.

* ROMs: ROMs are COMPLETE property of their owner. MYREPOSPACE WILL NOT accept the Piracy of ROMS. Users only have the right to upload and Download ROMs if you already own them in a purchased form from a licenced vendor. Emulators are accepted.

*Piarcy: Under no circumstances will Piracy be accepted as valid content on myRepoSpace.com. Copyright and Intellectual Property holders have unlimited authority to content found to be a violation of copyright on myRepoSpace.com.

*Changes to the TOS are frequent and it is the users responsability to re-read the TOS on a fequent basis.

* Liabilities: IN NO EVENT SHALL MYREPOSPACE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE MYREPOSPACE SERVICES, EVEN IF MYREPOSPACE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, MYREPOSPACE'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO MYREPOSPACE FOR THE MYREPOSPACE SERVICES.

MyRepoSpace reserves the right to update this TOS at anytime without prior warnings.
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL CONTAINED ABOVE.
