All Usage of MyRepoSpace.com, is bound by the following Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and various section Rules, collectively referred to as "Agreement".
By using this website or registering as a myRepoSpace user, you are signifying that you have read the Agreement, that you understand the Agreement, and you agree to be bound by all of the terms of the Agreement. MyRepoSpace reserves the right to remove any registered accounts found in violation of the agreement without prior warning.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold MyRepoSpace harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys fees, incurred by any MyRepoSpace Party in connection with any Content or use of the Services, whether via your password and by any other person, whether or not authorized by you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and are responsible for all activities that occur utilizing your information.
You agree that any submission of personal information; which includes but is not limited to: email address, birthday, full name, website address etc; is provided at your own risk. You hereby allow MyRepoSpace to release personal information publicly within limits to the Privacy Policy. You agree to exempt MyRepoSpace from any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses that may be incurred by the release of personal information. You agree that MyRepoSpace has no responsibility in ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal information. User ContributionMyRepoSpace will not be held accountable for any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses as a result of user contribution. This includes, but is not limited to; comments, links, files or images. Content MyRepoSpace provides a hosting service that stores files uploaded from registered users and can be requested to be deleted at any time by the users. The term 'content' also defines, but is not limited to; comments, links, images and text found on myRepoSpace. MYREPOSPACE holds no liability to damages causes as a direct result from use of this content.
MyRepoSpace does not represent or endorse the accuracy of any Content and you acknowledge your use of Content is at your sole risk.
Upon adding content to myRepoSpace, you hereby allow the removal and/or modification of such content without prior warning. MyRepoSpace will not be held accountable for losses or damages that may be caused from the removal or modification of uploaded content. ActivityMyRepoSpace does not accept any illegal activities on the website. Anything found as inappropriate activity that violates the Agreement will be deleted by staff and termination of account may occur. MYREPOSPACE holds the right to ban and delete your Account and the associated IP address(es). MyRepoSpace will not be held liable for any damages directly caused by an action or actions made on the website. MyRepospace has no affiliation with Apple (tm) or Apple AppStore. IPA fileYou hereby agree to never upload, share or provide links to IPA files when using MyRepoSpace services. ForumsYou agree to use the MyRepoSpace forums under the conditions of the defined Forum Rules. MyRepoSpace is exempt from any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys fees, incurred by any content found on the MyRepoSpace forums.
You agree to allow any MyRepoSpace Forum Moderator to edit or delete any submission to the MyRepoSpace forums. Intellectual PropertyYou agree to comply with international laws in regards to Intellectual Property. You hereby agree that any submission of Content that violate international law may result in legal action by intellectual property holder against you, the registered user. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold MyRepoSpace harmless from and against any and all claims of breach of international law as a result of submission. Upload Hacks, Cracks and Wares
Hacks, Cracks and Wares are NOT permitted to be uploaded to myRepoSpace. Any such upload will result in the content being removed without prior warning, and may result in termination of your myRepoSpace account.
Submit or endorse PiracyUnder no circumstances will Piracy
be accepted as valid content on myRepoSpace. Copyright and Intellectual
Property holders have removal authority to content found to be a violation
of copyright on myRepoSpace.com.
You agree to allow MyRepoSpace to remove any violating content without prior warning. Submit any of the following:
Special Memberships
MyRepoSpace does provide an account which allows special features and functionalities around the website. These accounts are know as "VIP".
VIP accounts conform exactly to the Agreement as a regular account.
Username/Nickname
Your myRepoSpace username/nickname is non-transferable and cannot be sold.You agree to allow MyRepoSpace to remove any violating content without prior warning. Submit any of the following:
Viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a contaminating or destructive nature;
Data Miners, Collector or harvesters that collect information;
Impersonating or mis-labled Content;
Content that includes code hidden or otherwise contained within the Content which is unrelated to the Content;
Content which post advertisements or solicitations of business;
Any form of solicitation or Spam;
Illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work;
Content that is pornographic, harassing, offensive, unlawful or promotes or encourages illegal activity;
Post links to any external Internet sites that are
Obscene or pornographic, or display pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind.
Data Miners, Collector or harvesters that collect information;
Impersonating or mis-labled Content;
Content that includes code hidden or otherwise contained within the Content which is unrelated to the Content;
Content which post advertisements or solicitations of business;
Any form of solicitation or Spam;
Illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work;
Content that is pornographic, harassing, offensive, unlawful or promotes or encourages illegal activity;
Your username can be removed, altered or transferred to another account holder if:
The username violates trademark or copyright.
The username is the exact, or abbreviated version of a website domain name.
The username is an exact birth name and may been deemed as fraudulant.
The username is that of a prominent developer.
Account termination
You hereby allow MyRepoSpace to terminate your account without prior warning or reason. You agree and understand that any account termination will result in some or all of your Content being permanently removed from MyRepoSpace. You hereby exempt MyRepoSpace to any damages, losses or claims as a result of your account being terminated.
Changes to the TOS are frequent
MyRepoSpace will modify the Agreement which will become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website and any associated services indicates your acceptance of the most recently posted Agreement. If you are dissatisfied with anything related to the MyRepoSpace website or it's Agreement, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services. You use the Services of MyRepoSpace at your own risk.
LiabilitiesIN NO EVENT SHALL MYREPOSPACE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE MYREPOSPACE SERVICES, EVEN IF MYREPOSPACE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, MYREPOSPACE'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO MYREPOSPACE FOR THE MYREPOSPACE SERVICES.The username is the exact, or abbreviated version of a website domain name.
