Downloaded JB Essentials and now I cant use anything!!!!!!!!!!

I uploaded JB Essentials by xxentityxx to my Iphone 4 ios5 and now I cannot use cydia or anything... I was stuck in safe mode but i couldn't get out of it so i rebooted it using resnow0.9.9b8 and now i canot open any of those apps or cydia... please help i do not want to lose all my apps and things i downloaded to have to reinstall of these!!!! PLEASE HELP ME

Solved this issue already, original message here...
"hi, i'm not sure what u mean it crashed your Cydia. the jailbreak essentials contains packages ONLY usable on iOS4, that is why i had it in iOS4 section. when in safe mode you should still be able to launch Cydia? If you have "SSH" on your device please use it to manually delete the package. things like "Backgrounder" in that package are NOT supported on iOS5. If you don't have "SSH" or cant get the phone to go into safe mode, then unfortunately the only option is to restore your iDevice... I'm Sorry for any inconvenience."

I was going to suggest iFunBox but I wasnt sure if openSSH is needed for it. as for the apps included, there is none, its simply a dependency list for some apps already hosted on Cydia. the list is:
Winterboard, Animate fix for ios4.x.x, Animate, SBSettings, Activator, Backgrounder(iOS3.x.x & 4.x.x ONLY), iSHSHit, Privacy, SwitcherMod, UAFaker, BytaFont, Cylay, Fake Carrier, Five Icon Switcher, Icon Renamer, Insomnia, iStartUpSound, Mewseek, NoCyFresh, Podmail And SnoozeOrStop.
