Updating packages is broken

Hey there,
When I update a package, MyRepoSpace adds a extra "com.myrepospace.zamda" in front of whatever my previous bundle name is, regardless of what I enter it as in the control. The only way to fix this is to delete the package and re-upload it again, which is a nuisance. Any fix?
