you dont need to. With this account you get ur own repo. It's http://cydia.myrepospace.com/Roz001/

Okay nvm if I already have an address than thats fine, now what I want to know is do i need to change the .ipa files to the .app format?

MyRepoSpace.com does not host .ipa files. We host .deb files.
In other words, we do not host AppStore Applications, we Host Cydia Applications/Themes/Hacks.
if you'd like to upload a crack app, Upload it to Media Fire/AppDL/ etc.. and link to the Applications in IPA section

I'm aware of that I'm just confused on creating the package file and since I just obtained cs5 to create apps I just need to know how to create the package.

You can use WinRAR to Unzip .ipa's to extract the .app folder,
I'm not 100% sure if it'll work though. Let me know how it goes!
