Cydia shows Upgrades for my debs!

Hi admin,
I really like this service and I think that will be the revolution for Cydia! There are still some bugs but I think you'll fix them at all. One of those bugs, however, is that Cydia shows me (and to all my users, too) upgrades for some debs that we install from my repo. And I know that this happens to many other guys' repos.
How can I fix it? Thank you for all!

You need to remove the debs and upload them back on

im having the same problem,cydia show me an upgrade for my icon repo, i uploaded by myrepospace --avatar--icon i already try to uploading several times but always get same result.

admin im having troubles to upload files, sometime never upload, and when upload, all the time cydia show "Avaible upgrade" when are updated
