ok after using ideb and uploading i goto my source on cydia and install the deb it installed fine but when i go to winterboard it doesnt show up

wait i found how to do it this is how it sould be

Another example would be themes, the directories (or Folders) you will need are Library/Themes/YourThemeName.theme

Make sure you set you .zip is set up and the control is setup or you set it up right in the iDeb setup
Then try again hope that helped

To what OS?
If it's lower than 4.0
Then make sure you have you shsh saved like BluSky Said
